CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. A one-third deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
2. No pets allowed.
3. No smoking allowed.
4. The contract shall be in force when confirmation of the booking is made.
5. Cancellations must be in writing and the deposit is forfeited and the hirer remains responsible for payment of the balance as above. The owner will use his best endeavours to re-let and if successful, shall make a reasonable refund to the hirer less any expenses incurred.
6. Lettings commence from 3.00 p.m. on Saturday to 10.00 a.m. on the departure day. Lettings are normally Saturday to Saturday apart from out of season mini breaks.
7. The hirer’s possessions are always at his own risk, as is damage to any car or its contents.
8. Damage to the owner’s property shall be paid for by the hirer at the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged items. Fair wear and tear excepted.
9. The use of amenities is entirely at the risk of the user and the owner accepts no responsibility for injury to guests or third parties or loss or damage to their belongings.
10. Only the number of persons agreed between the owner and the hirer may occupy the property let. The owner reserves the right to make an additional charge if the number is exceeded.
11. During the term of the let the hirer is responsible for the reasonable care of the property and its contents. All equipment and utensils must be left clean and the property tidy at the end of the let.
12. Every effort has been made to give a fair description of the cottages and facilities and the owner can accept no legal responsibility for minor inaccuracies or mistakes.
