How To Find Us

The M5 Motorway (southbound) will take you past Exeter where it becomes the A38 Devon Expressway. Follow the signs to Plymouth passing Ashburton, Buckfast and South Brent. Take the exit signposted Ermington/Ugborough/Yealmpton. Bear left off the sliproad (A3121). After approximately 1 mile you will encounter a crossroad : Go straight across on B3196 (signposted Loddiswell). After 0.8 miles take the first left then immediately right. This is a very narrow lane and may look like a farm track. Follow this lane for half a mile and at the next crossroads turn left towards Clunkamoor and North Huish . Follow this lane for a mile and take the first left signed Coombe House. Go down the hill for 0.4 mile and Coombe House is on your left. The drive is half a mile long.
